How Veeam Invests in the Next Generation of Leaders

At Veeam, paving the way forward for the future starts with investing in people. Veeam in Black Excellence (ViBE) - our employee resource group focused on supporting employees of African heritage while advancing Veeam’s commitment to inclusion and opportunity across the organization - created the ViBE Scholarship Program to help remove barriers to education and open doors for the next generation of leaders.

This scholarship initiative reflects Veeam’s continued commitment to investing in education, empowering future talent, and creating opportunities that extend beyond the workplace. This year, the program focused on resilience—recognizing the determination and perseverance required to move forward, even when challenges arise.

ViBE hosts this year its 4th Annual Scholarship Award Ceremony in Alpharetta, recognizing five students from Lanier High School whose essays explored what resilience means in their lives. Their stories reflect maturity, self-awareness, and a consistent ability to adapt and stay focused on their goals.

As we reflected on Juneteenth, we wanted to honor not only the progress that has been made, but also the resilience that continues to move communities forward.
