The sales hiring process at Veeam usually starts with an introductory call with a recruiter. Next, you’ll interview with the hiring manager. Depending on the role and language requirements, there may be a language check during this stage. The final step is a conversation with a business leader. At each stage, you’ll get space to ask questions, learn more about the team, and get prep guidance from your recruiter.

Onboarding at Veeam is welcoming, structured, and engaging. From day one, you’ll meet your team, connect with a buddy, and dive into our culture and learning resources. Over your first 90 days, you’ll build relationships, complete tailored sales and product training, and feel supported every step of the way as you grow into your role.

Veeam Romania mainly recruits for customer‑facing roles that require German, French, Italian, Spanish, or English, including Sales Development, Inside Sales, Channel Sales, and Customer Experience roles such as Customer Success, Technical Support, and Renewals. While we hire talent with more than 15 European languages in Romania, German and French are the most in demand, and candidates with these languages will consistently find opportunities to apply.
