You’ll start with an introduction call with your recruiter, then meet your potential manager in an interview. Next, depending on the role, you may have a stakeholder interview or a final panel discussion. At each stage, you’ll get space to ask questions, learn more about the team, and get prep guidance from your recruiter.

Onboarding at Veeam is welcoming, structured, and engaging. From day one, you’ll meet your team, connect with a buddy, and dive into our culture and learning resources. Over your first 90 days, you’ll build relationships, complete tailored sales and product training, and feel supported every step of the way as you grow into your role.

We have offices in Munich and Berlin. However, many roles, especially on the sales teams, support customers and teams across regions and may not be tied to a daily office-based routine.
