We’re proud to foster a culture of belonging, invest in inclusive leaders and extend our impact beyond Veeam and into the communities we serve through global partnerships, continuous learning, and five employee resource groups: Women in Green, Pride, Inclusion, Veeam Alliance for Military and Advocates, and Veeam in Black Excellence.
Our Employee Resource Groups
Through our five Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), employees connect with colleagues, give and receive support, build community, and help drive inclusion at Veeam. Open to all, ERGs are a great way to give and receive support, connect with colleagues, create awareness, and feel empowered to bring your full self to work.
Global Inclusion
At the Global Inclusion ERG, we celebrate diversity and foster a culture of belonging across every team. By sharing perspectives, creating engaging content, and connecting colleagues worldwide, we help everyone feel included, valued, and inspired to contribute their best. Joining us gives you the chance to learn, advocate for inclusion, and participate in events that bring the global community together.
Pride
The Pride ERG creates a safe and supportive space for LGBTQ+ employees and allies, where authenticity is celebrated and belonging is at the heart of every interaction. The group builds community, celebrates differences, and drives impact across Veeam and beyond. Through global partnerships, learning events, and mentorship opportunities, Pride ERG empowers its members to grow both personally and professionally, while championing inclusion across the business.
Veeam Alliance for Military and Advocates (VAMA)
VAMA connects military veterans and allies to share experiences, provide guidance, and build a supportive community within Veeam. By highlighting the unique skills and perspectives that veterans bring, we foster inclusion and mentorship, helping members thrive both inside and outside the workplace. Engage in networking, events, and initiatives that strengthen bonds and make a tangible impact across the company.
Veeam in Black Excellence (ViBE)
ViBE brings together Black and members of the African diaspora to celebrate culture, foster leadership, and amplify impact. Through mentorship, networking, professional development, and community engagement, ViBE empowers members to expand their influence while furthering our mission of inclusion at Veeam.
Women in Green (WIG)
WIG aims to attract, retain, and develop female talent at Veeam. The group empowers women at all career stages, fosters a supportive culture, and helps members build networks and grow into leadership roles through Elevate, WIG's own mentorship program and other partnerships. By championing inclusion, WIG is creating a stronger, more inclusive Veeam community.
Mentorship & Leadership for Women at Veeam

Powering Inclusion Beyond Veeam
Through inclusion initiatives and global partnerships, we fuel innovation, mentorship, and development opportunities that advance a more inclusive and diverse future in IT.
EmpowHer Program
We know that opportunity can transform careers. With the EmpowHer Program, we’re creating pathways for women in tech by providing 150 participants with free Veeam Certified Engineer (VCME) training and a voucher to pursue a certification. This program equips women with in-demand skills and the chance to advance in the tech industry. The EmpowHer Program will launch VMCE training again in 2026.
