About the Role

We are now expanding our product team and looking for a motivated candidate to create product documentation, including comprehensive concepts, examples, tasks, and reference information for our entire product offering. If you aspire to work on cutting-edge technologies and frameworks, side by side with some of the smartest technologists, this may be a unique place for you.  

What You’ll Do

  • Design, write and edit technical documentation for the entire product offering 
  • Work closely with engineering, product and support teams to ensure the quality, discoverability, and accuracy of the content 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation standards, tools, and processes  

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing including experience with writing technical customer-facing materials 
  • Understand basic document versioning concepts and best practices 
  • Comfortable using plain-text editors to author in Markdown and HTML
