About the Role

We are now expanding our product team and looking for a motivated candidate to create product documentation, including comprehensive concepts, examples, tasks, and reference information for our entire product offering. If you aspire to work on cutting-edge technologies and frameworks, side by side with some of the smartest technologists, this may be a unique place for you. 

What You’ll Do

Design, write and edit technical documentation for the entire product offering
Work closely with engineering, product and support teams to ensure the quality, discoverability, and accuracy of the content
Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation standards, tools, and processes

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of relevant experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing including experience with writing technical customer-facing materials
Understand basic document versioning concepts and best practices
Comfortable using plain-text editors to author in Markdown and HTML
