    This interview will assess your sales fundamentals, prospecting approach, and communication skills. Be ready to walk through how you generate leads, research accounts, and engage decision-makers through outbound strategies. 

    How to Prepare: 

    • Introduce Yourself: Summarize your background, achievements, and motivation. 
    • Know Your Metrics: Discuss KPIs like calls, outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline. 
    • Explain Your Approach: Show how you research, prioritize, and use multi-channel outreach. 
    • Share Examples: Prepare 1–2 outreach wins, challenging situations, and examples of handling objections and gatekeepers. 
    • Communicate Clearly: Keep answers structured, concise, and audience-aware.
