About the Role
Build the Future of Intelligent Privacy Operations.
Modern privacy and governance programs require far more than static workflows and manual spreadsheets. Enterprises need intelligent systems that can automate privacy assessments, continuously map sensitive data, and operationalize compliance across complex digital ecosystems.
At Securiti AI/Veeam, we are building the next generation of privacy operations and data intelligence solutions for the world’s leading enterprises. Our platform enables organizations to responsibly use data and AI while complying with global privacy regulations and governance requirements.
We are looking for a Director-level Product Manager to lead the strategy, innovation, and execution for Securiti’s:
- Privacy Assessments Automation
- Data Mapping Automation
- Privacy Workflow Orchestration
- AI-Driven Data Intelligence Capabilities
This role is ideal for a product leader who enjoys solving technically complex enterprise problems, building intelligent automation systems, and shaping the future of privacy operations at scale.
As AI reshapes enterprise software, Securiti is investing heavily in agentic and AI-powered capabilities that automate privacy and governance operations. This role will help drive the next evolution of assessments and data mapping by embedding intelligent automation directly into the platform experience.
What You’ll Build
You will lead the evolution of Securiti’s assessments and data mapping platform capabilities, including:
- Automated privacy impact assessments (PIAs)
- Data protection impact assessments (DPIAs)
- Vendor and third-party risk assessments
- Automated data discovery and classification workflows
- Enterprise data mapping and data lineage capabilities
- Cross-system data inventory management
- AI-driven data relationship identification
- Workflow orchestration for privacy operations
- Regulatory reporting and audit readiness
- Integrations across enterprise SaaS, cloud, and data ecosystems
Your mission is to help enterprises eliminate manual privacy operations through scalable automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-powered governance capabilities.
What You’ll Do
Lead Product Strategy & Vision
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Securiti’s assessments automation and data mapping automation solutions
- Define strategic investments that strengthen Securiti’s position as a leader in intelligent privacy operations and data governance
Drive Enterprise Platform Innovation
- Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable and extensible platform capabilities including assessment orchestration frameworks, workflow automation engines, metadata architectures, and enterprise integrations
Drive AI-Powered Privacy Automation
- Enhance and evolve Securiti’s established privacy operations platform by developing next-generation agentic and AI-driven capabilities within assessments automation and data mapping
- Identify opportunities where intelligent automation and AI agents can improve privacy assessment workflows, data inventory management, risk identification, and operational scalability
- Partner closely with engineering and AI teams to design and deliver AI-assisted assessment generation, intelligent data mapping automation, autonomous workflow execution, and AI-driven risk remediation capabilities
Deliver Customer-Centric Solutions
- Partner with customers, sales, privacy teams, and customer success organizations to understand evolving market needs and regulatory requirements
- Translate customer pain points into scalable product capabilities that improve usability, compliance posture, and operational efficiency
Execute End-to-End Product Delivery
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration
- Drive prioritization, roadmap planning, cross-functional execution, and go-to-market alignment
Shape the Future of Privacy Intelligence
- Help define how enterprises automate privacy assessments, understand their data ecosystems, and operationalize governance in an increasingly AI-driven regulatory landscape
What You’ll Bring
- 7–12+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS
- Equal comfort discussing customer workflows, system architecture, enterprise data ecosystems, privacy regulations, and product strategy.
- A passion for solving technically complex platform and data problems at scale
- You think deeply about automation and operational scalability, enterprise SaaS platforms, data intelligence and governance, regulatory compliance, workflow orchestration, and AI-driven enterprise software
- Experience managing complex platform, workflow, or data products
- Strong experience owning product strategy and roadmap execution
- Familiarity with privacy operations platforms, workflow automation systems, enterprise integrations, and cloud ecosystems
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, legal/privacy, and GTM teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments
Bonus Skills
- Experience in privacy, data governance, cybersecurity, or compliance technologies
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and global privacy regulations
- Experience with data mapping, metadata management, or lineage systems
- Knowledge of privacy assessments and governance workflows
- Experience building B2B platform products
- Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
- Experience leveraging AI capabilities within enterprise software products
Why This Role Matters
Organizations are under increasing pressure to understand their data ecosystems, automate governance operations, and demonstrate regulatory accountability at scale.
Manual assessments and spreadsheet-driven data mapping processes are no longer sufficient for modern enterprises operating in complex cloud and AI environments. You will play a critical role in helping global organizations modernize privacy operations through intelligent automation, scalable governance systems, and AI-powered data intelligence.
