About the Role

We are looking to hire a Senior Manager to lead and manage relationships with the BIG 4 consulting firms – EY, KPMG, PwC, and Deloitte. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully overseeing engagements and partnerships with these organisations, demonstrating strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

Strategically manage and nurture relationships with EY, KPMG, PwC, and Deloitte to maximise business outcomes.
Develop and execute engagement plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and compliance standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and project execution for BIG 4 clients.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BIG 4 ecosystem.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in client management, preferably with direct exposure to BIG 4 firms.
Strong understanding of Backup, Security, consulting and professional services industry.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing TCS and JIO accounts will be considered an added advantage.
Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
