About this role
The Sr. Inside Sales Representative for VCSP Sales will be responsible for driving new and expansion sales and revenue growth within the VCSP (Veeam Cloud Service Provider) segment. This role will focus on developing and executing sales strategies, hunting new Service Providers, managing existing Service Provider relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of direct sales, channel sales and service provider market.
What You'll Do
- Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling techniques and lead generation lists to identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Hunting & Farming: Work closely with VCSP’s and End Users to identify and close new business opportunities
- Forecasting and Account Management: Provide accurate forecasting and manage account opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Implement strategies to cross-sell and upsell Veeam products to maximize revenue from existing customers
- Market Segmentation: Develop top VCSP list within the assigned territory and target specific customer groups and tailor sales approaches accordingly
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and position Veeam products effectively against competitors
- Sales Training: Participate in and lead sales training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage within the assigned territory through various channels, in market presence, email, phone, or virtual meetings
What You'll Bring
- 5+ Years of proven experience in sales, preferably within B2B, direct sales or a track record of strong channel sales achievement.
- Strong understanding of the VCSP/Service Provider market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other analytics sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Skilled at building and maintaining positive relationships with diverse individuals.
- Knowledge of the virtualization industry.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Flexible and capable of adapting to changing roles and responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with electronic correspondence and business research.
- Passionate about technology and industry innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to work Hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
- Ability to travel (possibly up to 25% or more)

Compensation Transparency
Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
Compensation Range (OTE)
$129,900 - $216,400
