We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the full recruitment cycle in RDT team from sourcing to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies
Oversee job postings in Greenhouse ATS to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
Conduct regular market analysis and prepare weekly recruitment progress reports
Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align recruitment goals with business needs

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in managing full-cycle technical recruitment for IT positions
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and advanced sourcing tools
Strong understanding of current IT recruitment trends and market challenges
Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions
Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English for global collaboration
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and candidate care
