About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will recruit for a blend of roles supporting Veeam’s Sales & Marketing operations across multiple countries in EMEA while primarily focusing on DACH region. This role is responsible for driving recruitment excellence, ensuring alignment with Veeam’s global hiring strategy, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

 

What you will do:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders advising on Talent Acquisition process, developing a recruitment strategy with client groups.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process from source through to offer for roles assigned across functions
  • Direct sourcing and management of applicants via the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative sourcing methods to develop and build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Provide weekly reports on progress and build intelligence of the market.
  • Work with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions for targeting successful profiles
  • Represents the company in relation to recruitment for the business, covering all locations needed for the EMEA team
  • Drive recruiter capability building through training, mentoring, and best practice sharing for new recruiters in the team and act as their buddy
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.
  • KPI achievement (time-to-fill, salary grid adherence, quality of hire, candidate & hiring manager experience, data accuracy, proactive talent pool building etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with Veeam recruitment policies, data privacy regulations, and local labor laws.
  • Partner with Employer Branding to enhance Veeam’s visibility and attractiveness in target markets.
  • Champion the use of recruitment technology (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday etc.) for efficiency and data accuracy
  • Support workforce planning and talent pipelining initiatives for future hiring needs

 

What You Will Bring :

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition partner role in EMEA region for min 4-7 years (at a subject matter expert level).
  • Strong track record in hiring for Sales & Marketing positions in EMEA across band levels
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, sourcing methodologies, and market mapping techniques.
  • Good understanding of regional labor markets, compliance requirements, and cultural nuances.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • German and English language skills at advanced levels
