About the Role

The Customer Success Representative, Velocity, will focus on supporting customers within the Hungarian market. This position is responsible for ensuring customer retention, satisfaction, and growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hungarian and English, with a deep understanding of the local market and customer needs.

What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of Hungarian customers, ensuring successful onboarding, product adoption, and renewal.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, support requests, and escalations in Hungarian and English.
Proactively engage with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, and Support teams to ensure customer retention and resolve issues quickly.
Track and report on customer health, usage trends, and satisfaction for the Hungarian market.
Collect customer feedback to support product and service improvement.
Maintain accurate customer records and activity in the CRM system.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales (preferably in a SaaS or technology environment).
Fluent in Hungarian and English (verbal and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Bonus Skills

Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions.
Understanding of the Hungarian business culture and market trends.
