About the Role
The Customer Success Representative, Velocity, will focus on supporting customers within the Hungarian market. This position is responsible for ensuring customer retention, satisfaction, and growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hungarian and English, with a deep understanding of the local market and customer needs.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of Hungarian customers, ensuring successful onboarding, product adoption, and renewal.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, support requests, and escalations in Hungarian and English.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, and Support teams to ensure customer retention and resolve issues quickly.
- Track and report on customer health, usage trends, and satisfaction for the Hungarian market.
- Collect customer feedback to support product and service improvement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity in the CRM system.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales (preferably in a SaaS or technology environment).
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (verbal and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Bonus Skills
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions.
- Understanding of the Hungarian business culture and market trends.
