We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle in RDT team from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Oversee job postings in Greenhouse ATS to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct regular market analysis and prepare weekly recruitment progress reports
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align recruitment goals with business needs
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in managing full-cycle technical recruitment for IT positions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and advanced sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of current IT recruitment trends and market challenges
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English for global collaboration
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and candidate care
