About the Role

As Manager, Inside Channel, you will manage and develop a high-performing Channel Sales Development team responsible for driving top-of-funnel pipeline growth for Veeam Software. This role plays a critical part in scaling new and existing customer acquisition by aligning sales execution, demand generation, and operational excellence. You will act as both a people leader and a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Sales Representatives to consistently exceed pipeline generation targets.
  • Drive performance through data-driven coaching, performance management, career development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to improve opportunity qualification, pipeline conversion, and territory execution.
  • Partner with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to refine messaging, improve MQOs, and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor daily SDR activity, pipeline metrics, and CRM usage to ensure operational rigor and sales effectiveness.

 

Technologies You’ll Work With

Salesforce, Marketing Automation Platforms, Sales Engagement Tools, Virtualization & Cloud Technologies (VMware, Microsoft).

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience leading or supervising inside sales or sales development teams.
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams in high-volume environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics and data to drive performance improvements.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning, particularly in data protection and cloud solutions.

 

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with enterprise and transactional sales motions.
  • Familiarity with multiple sales methodologies.
  • Knowledge of virtualization, storage ecosystems, and channel sales models.
  • Exposure to SaaS or B2B technology companies.
  • Multilingual capabilities, based on regional team needs.
