  1. Details of position 

The Inside Channel Manager (ICM) is responsible for managing and driving business results of selected group of Veeam partners, maintaining their sustainable growth. The ICM has overall ownership of the partners: Revenue, Relationship, Investment / Commitment and Partnership. The ICM will provide advice and assistance to Veeam Pro Partners on all licensing, product, sales and technical requirements. ICM’s also need to work closely with their Pro-Partners to help identify new revenue opportunities.

  1. Representation: 

Represents the company in relation with customers, partners, people / organizations in the country and abroad, in contact for business. 

 

  1. Job responsibilities and tasks: 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Driving revenue and contributing to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving KPI’s/Monthly Business Objective’s – these will be set on a Monthly/Quarterly basis and measured through the weekly/monthly SalesForce.Com activity reports 
  • Achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue through Managed Partners; 
  • Leveraging Veeam pre-sales and account management structures and processes to help partners reach identified goal 
  • Reinforcing sales & technical knowledge of the partner (through periodic calls and WebEx presentations) 
  • Building and maintaining lasting relationships with key roles within a partner account 
  • Developing, negotiating and tracking joint Action Plans with the partner 
  • Discovering partner’s pipeline and keeping it updated from partner side 
  • Updating and maintaining partner accounts in Veeam CRM system (SalesForce.com) 
  • Keeping partners up-to-date on Veeam news and promos 
  • Coordinating partner interaction with Veeam marketing resources to provide them with leads and develop joint marketing activities to support business growth 
  • Leveraging Partner Enablement program to provide appropriate support to the partners and improving overall partner experience 
  • Checking compliance with ProPartner Program requirements and drive upgrade of partner level 
  • Developing a solid working knowledge of Veeam Software products and the benefits they provide to potential and existing partners 
  • Self-education on sales and technical related matters 
  • Developing a solid working knowledge of virtualization-related subjects and Veeam Software products and link these features to the benefits they provide to potential and existing partners 
  • Keeping track of new product releases (Veeam and competition) as well as marketing updates 
  • Maintaining and promoting a successful and positive work environment 
  • The obligation to fulfill professional goals and targets based on the performance indicators at the individual, department, company level 
  • The obligation to report and register on time, complete and correct data required on applications and tools / applications specific internal systems 
  • Any other service tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager

  1. Experience: 

Previous experience – 2-3 years in a Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred
