Inside Distribution Manager with German

About the Role

The Inside Distribution Manager (IDM) is responsible for enablement and support of Veeam Distribution and Aggregation partners as well as driving business results and contributing to Distribution and Aggregation goals. The IDM will also be responsible for recruiting and activating new partners in line with Distribution/Aggregator goals. The IDM has split ownership with the DM on the Distribution/Aggregator on: Revenue, Relationship, Investment/Commitment and Partnership. The IDM will provide advice and support to Distributors/Aggregators on Sales (New Business/Renewals), Licensing, Technical and Marketing. 

What You’ll Do

• Driving revenue and contributing to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving KPIs/Monthly Business Objectives 
• Leveraging Veeam pre-sales and Account Management structures and processes to help reach Distribution goals; 
• Reinforcing Sales and Technical knowledge of the partner leveraging Veeam specific enablement tools; 
• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with key roles within Distribution. Create mindshare and expand contact map within Distribution with the goal of creating Veeam Champions; 
• Support on developing, negotiating and tracking joint Business and Action Plans for Distributors in alignment with DM.
• Defining a roadmap for future collaboration, arrange calls, schedule meetings, presentations, on-site visits; 
• Support on developing, tracking and closing SMB pipeline with DM and key stakeholders within distribution; 
• Keeping Distributors up-to-date on Veeam news and promos (including events) 
• Positioning of Veeam against competitive products; 
• Processing of potential partner lists (VMware partners, Microsoft partners with Virtualization/Management competency etc.); 
• Coordinating interaction with Veeam marketing resources, develop joint marketing activities to support business growth; 
• Developing a solid working knowledge of Veeam Software products and the benefits they provide to potential and existing partners; 
• Providing support to Distribution partners including help with licensing and technical issues related to Veeam products; 
• Conduct Account Mappings for pipeline generation and partner recruiting and follow-up on results. 

What You’ll Bring

• Basic: Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered); 
• Previous experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred; 
• Advanced English and German level is a must;
• Knowledge of virtualization industry and the ability to relay information to potential customers; 
• Proficiency in MS Office based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc); 
• IT knowledge - Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry; 
• Great presentation skills.
