About the Role 

The Senior Talent Growth & Learning Manager is an individual contributor role that is both a global project manager and APJ regional talent partner. This role is part of the Global Learning & Growth team, which designs and delivers learning solutions that align with business goals and enable skill-building. This work empowers performance, career growth, high-performing team dynamics, and inclusive culture development.  

What You’ll Do:

1.Talent Partnership 

  • Build relationships with HRBPs and business leaders within region to understand and address specific learning and team development needs. 
  • Support business aligned talent partners with developing function-specific talent plans and delivering interventions within region. 
  • Liaise as the first point of contact and support for HRBPs within region regarding Talent Growth and Inclusion initiatives.  
  • Promote awareness and adoption of Talent Growth and Inclusion initiatives within region.  

2. Instructional Design & Facilitation 

  • Develop learning resources and programs (blended: e-learning, instructor-led, etc.) that support global initiatives (i.e., mentorship) and business aligned talent partnerships (i.e., function-specific technical or power skills development).  
  • Customize global learning solutions to regional needs.  
  • Source learning providers within region.  
  • Facilitate sessions with subject matter experts and as a talent development subject matter expert.  
  • Coach and support people within region in learning best practices.  

3. Project Management 

  • Lead end-to-end coordination of Global Learning & Growth projects and events (i.e., Global Days of Learning).  
  • Oversee planning, development timelines, cross-functional collaborations, marketing communications, registration, delivery logistics, facilitation, and evaluation.   

4. Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Partner with business leaders, Human Resources (People & Culture), cross-functional learning professionals, and vendors to conduct needs assessments and implement initiatives.  
  • Liaise between regional and global teams to drive adoption and ensure alignment with global priorities.  

What You’ll Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field (preferred: Master’s degree, HR certification) 
  • Talent development subject matter expertise, especially in the domains of instructional design, facilitation, and consultation 
  • Experience in a matrixed or multinational organization 
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration across global time zones 
  • Timely, transparent project management 
  • Effective communication through interpersonal communications and internal marketing 
  • Accountability to driving results that align with core priorities 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
