About the Role

Inside Sales – Reactivation Representative is a critical member of the Veeam Team, working closely with Renewals, Customer Success, Marketing, Inside Sales Representatives, Veeam Engineers, and field-based Account Managers covering the Enterprise and Commercial segments.  The Reactivation Rep will be responsible for contacting accounts that have canceled their renewal or subscription. Their primary role will be to engage and prospect decision makers to re-open and win back former paying accounts.

This position will be in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office and will support our Renewals and CS Teams. You must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls, generating interest, and closing business in Enterprise and Commercial segments.  

What You’ll Do

  • Hit or exceed your monthly reactivation quota
  • Making 80+ phone calls (12+ conversations) per day to assigned leads
  • Run call and email campaigns to reactivate accounts
  • Developing a solid working knowledge of Veeam Software and related products and the benefits they provide to potential prospects
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, Instant Messaging, and over the phone)
  • Knowledge of basic business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce or similar CRM, Hoovers)
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
  • Track record of meeting, exceeding goals, quotas
  • High need for achievement and competition, loves to compete and win
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic and certain of victory, unfazed by rejection
  • Coachable, listens to and implements advice from manager
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects
  • Listens patiently, will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer's needs
  • Resourceful, goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
  • 2+ years sales experience; knowledge of IT industry is preferred
  • Ability to adhere to a high touch rate of 80+ outbound calls per day
  • Bachelor’s Degree (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
