About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader to join our team as the Global Compensation COE Director. In this role, you will drive the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of our global compensation programs across more than forty countries.

What You'll Do
- Lead the by-annual pay planning cycle, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive programs, with a strong focus on data integrity, insightful analysis, and clear and impactful stakeholder and employee communications.
- Manage and deliver multiple high-impact compensation projects with competing deadlines, including:
- Creating and maintaining market-aligned pay ranges and salary structures using comprehensive benchmarking data from multiple sources.
- Conducting insightful market competitiveness and internal pay equity analyses, recommending data-driven updates to compensation frameworks and talent attraction strategies.
- Keeping our global job architecture and job leveling framework current with leading industry practices and providing guidance to HR partners and management.
- Supporting and enhancing recognition programs and leading pay equity audits grounded in expert statistical analysis.
- Managing PMO responsibilities with timely and crisp communication plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to craft and execute effective compensation communication strategies that are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with HRIS to enhance systems, streamline processes, and drive automation based on data insights.
- Develop and deliver easily digestible compensation education content and tools for TAPs, HRBPs, Management, and employees.
- Proactively manage competing priorities and risks across projects, ensuring alignment with overall compensation strategy.
- Deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights and updates to senior leadership and project stakeholders – Pristine PPT skills will set you apart.
- Function as a problem-solver and strategic thought partner to HR and business leaders, removing roadblocks and driving alignment.
- Lead the creation and evaluation of vendor contracts, including SOWs and RFPs.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in compensation and/or program management with a global scope.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience managing global compensation programs with a strong analytical foundation.
- Deep expertise in data analysis and modeling—able to synthesize large datasets, identify trends, and inform decisions.
- Superb Excel skills and experience with tools that support complex compensation analysis and scenario planning.
- Strong grasp of SaaS Job Architecture, compensation market data, and survey methodologies; experience designing competitive pay strategies.
- Experience implementing or optimizing HR systems (Workday preferred), with an understanding of compensation and benefits modules.
- Demonstrated leadership across project teams or formal management roles.
