Your tasks will include:
- Leading a team of 6 to 8 renewals sales representatives to achieve goals
- Coaching team members to improve their individual and collective results
- Managing team performance against quotas and sales forecasts to ensure objectives are met
- Monitoring daily sales activities using the customer relationship management system
- Collaborating with field sales employees on territory division and execution
- Handling customer and partner escalations to maintain positive relationships
- Driving departmental improvements through analysis and process enhancements
