Join our vibrant and fast-paced business as a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on driving recruitment strategies for our Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles across the EMEA region. Location: Riyadh, KSA
Your tasks will include:
- Lead the Recruitment Journey: Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring that job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring occur seamlessly, from initial outreach to extending offers.
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage high-quality candidates for all open vacancies through innovative sourcing techniques, including leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to advise on talent acquisition processes, crafting tailored recruitment strategies that align with business needs.
- Provide Stellar Candidate Experience: Schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Utilize our applicant tracking system Greenhouse for providing timely updates on candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
- Reporting and Market Intelligence: Compile and share weekly reports tracking recruitment progress while building a rich understanding of market trends and talent availability.
- Champion Employer Branding: Position Veeam as an employer of choice, enhancing our visibility and attractiveness to top-tier talent.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Job Descriptions & Success Profiles: Work alongside hiring managers to create and refine compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
What we expect from you:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for high-volume Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles relevant to the EMEA region.
- Consultative Approach: Demonstrated expertise in recruiting with a consultative mindset, serving as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to take decisions independently while collaborating effectively with business and HR partners.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Interviewing and Sourcing Techniques: Well-versed in effective sourcing and interviewing techniques as well as selection instruments to ensure the best candidate fit.
- Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
