About this role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to serve as the strategic finance leader and business partner to the COO and his leadership team. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A Business Partnering, this highly visible role will provide financial stewardship, insights, and actionable recommendations to drive business performance across Corporate Technologies (CIO), Global Information Security (CISO), Procurement, Facilities, Sales & Marketing Operations, and Strategic Initiatives. The Senior Manager will lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor and finance business partner to the COO and direct reports (CIO, CISO, Head of Procurement, Head of Facilities, Sales & Marketing Operations leaders, and Strategic Initiative leaders).
  • Develop deep understanding of operating strategies, business initiatives, cost drivers, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all supporting functions.
  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for supported functions.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of operational spending, headcount/resource allocation, and project investments.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, proactively recommending actions to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Develop and deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews, management reports, dashboards, and presentations to executive leadership.
  • Track and report on key metrics and performance against plan, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Support business cases, investment analysis, and ROI assessments for transformation initiatives, technology investments, facilities projects, and process improvements.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization to support planning, reporting, and analysis needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in a global technology or enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership and multiple business functions.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Hyperion, Tableau), and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with IT, Security, Procurement, Facilities, and/or Sales Operations finance preferred.

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$132,300$189,000 USD
