The Marketing Manager, Enterprise, EMEA is responsible for driving the execution of marketing programs and events that generate and accelerate pipeline across the region. Partnering with key stakeholders—including Sales and Field Marketing — you will manage a blend of Enterprise-focused events, campaigns, reporting, and process optimisation. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives in Veeam’s fast-paced, high-growth environment.

 

 

Key Priorities

Enterprise Event Management:

Plan and execute select Enterprise segment events and sponsorships across EMEA, ensuring they support pipeline creation and acceleration, and align with overall segment objectives.

 

Campaign Management:

Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the Enterprise segment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and generate demand.

 

Reporting and Measurement:

Track, analyse, and report on campaign and event performance, leveraging data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

 

Process Optimisation:

Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 4 years’ B2B marketing experience, with hands-on experience in campaign management, event coordination, and reporting; experience in the IT or technology sector is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance measurement and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
  • Solid organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and experience with CRM and analytics tools.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA as required.
