Role Overview
We’re looking for a collaborative and highly organized Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You’ll play a key role in supporting interview scheduling, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring a positive and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams. This full-time role offers the chance to grow your career while contributing to a collaborative and supportive global team. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks across time zones and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring logistics are accurate and clearly communicated
- Partner with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to support a timely and positive interview process
- Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts or process-related questions
- Assist with recruiting tasks such as background check tracking, offer letter generation, and other coordination activities
- Respond to recruiting tickets and help troubleshoot or escalate issues as needed
- Provide cross-regional support based on team priorities and business needs
- Identify and recommend improvements to coordination processes and tools
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with teams across time zones
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to follow structured processes and work independently with guidance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Interest in talent acquisition, coordination, or operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field
- Experience working with global or distributed teams
