We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Renewals Operations Analyst to join our Renewals Operations team. This role will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency, delivering actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the renewals business by working directly with senior and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations or business analysis, with a passion for data and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze renewals performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth using Salesforce, Excel, BI and AI tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support leadership visibility into key KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to streamline renewals processes.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic initiatives.
- Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and quota attainment tracking.
- Assist in the design and implementation of scalable processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline)
- 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or related field.
- Proven experience delivering analysis and insights to senior or executive leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
