The Order Processing – Specialist II will be responsible receiving, verifying, and fulfilling customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Responsibilities include processing orders from various channels, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments, and providing customer support. This role is crucial for efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Must be familiar with purchase orders from all Distributors
- Accurately entering customer orders into the system and verifying details like product SKUs, quantities, pricing, and customer information. Provide case escalations when necessary.
- Assist in working with other teams to communicate issues that may relate to the licensing issues
- Problem solving as it pertains to identifying and resolving order discrepancies
- Understanding of our Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) to ensure the validity of orders
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments
- Minimal assistance from managers on completing tasks
- Able to assist others with problem solving and/or taking additional workloads
Qualifications:
Individuals are detail oriented, which is essential for accuracy, possess strong organization skills to multitask with processing and communication with internal and external partners. Computer proficiency is a must. Problem solving abilities and being able to identify and resolve errors strong attention to detail, thorough understanding, and working knowledge, of Salesforce and Outlook. Must be able to verbally communicate in a professional manner.
Other qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. (A combination of education and experience will be considered.)
- Must have working knowledge of all order processes
- Self-motivation
- Desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Time Management skills
This position reports to the Manager and Global Director of Order Processing
