The Service Provider Marketing Manager EMEA is responsible for defining objectives, building the regional strategy, and leading key programs to drive business growth for Veeam’s Service Provider Partners (VCSP, Veeam Cloud & Service Providers) across EMEA. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing activities with sales and business priorities, building a value-driven partner ecosystem, and ensuring collaboration across Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver impactful initiatives and achieve ambitious business targets.
Key Priorities
- Develop and execute the EMEA VCSP marketing strategy aligned with Veeam’s business goals.
- Drive partner enablement, engagement, and growth through innovative programs and campaigns.
- Build and nurture a strong VCSP community to support Veeam’s cloud data protection leadership.
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and communication to maximize marketing impact.
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and program effectiveness.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize program performance to drive continuous improvement.
Your tasks will include:
- Define and prioritize marketing strategies and action plans for Veeam Service Provider Partners (VCSP), focusing on cloud data protection solutions in alignment with EMEA sales and business objectives. Support both to-partner and through-partner initiatives.
- Build and execute key EMEA marketing programs to drive business growth and achieve regional VCSP targets.
- Lead marketing enablement for Service Provider partners, supporting regional, in-country teams, and the partner ecosystem.
- Develop and implement programs that drive partner and end-user engagement, including building a value-driven VCSP community, planning and executing EMEA and local partner events, and launching promotions and incentives aligned with sales priorities.
- Recruit and onboard new partners for Veeam’s solution portfolio, creating activation plans to drive engagement and success.
- Provide frameworks and templates to support countries in executing to-and through-partner campaigns focused on customer journeys and opportunity generation.
- Organize regular business updates and technical webinars for the partner community.
- Optimize internal and external communications, including managing communities and coordinating with marketing and channel sales teams.
- Enable partners and internal teams with relevant content, tools, and resources to maximize marketing impact and sales opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing initiatives (e.g., webinars, events, campaigns, incentives), optimizing for performance and business outcomes.
- Ensure clear communication and integration of VCSP marketing plans across global, regional, and field teams.
- Manage marketing budgets to support strategic priorities and maximize ROI.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by sharing best practices and learnings across teams and geographies.
- Support the growth and adoption of new SaaS offerings for VCSPs through targeted marketing and enablement activities.
- Manage a range of operational marketing tasks, including campaign execution, webinar setup, content coordination, email marketing, social media, proofreading, etc.
- Foster a strong VCSP community by positioning Veeam’s expertise within the partner network and driving interest in Veeam’s newest features and tools.
What we expect from you:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in partner marketing, ideally within the IT industry.
- Solid B2B marketing background.
- Strong understanding of the Cloud & Managed Service Providers ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional strategies and programs that drive business growth.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to prepare actionable reports.
- Proficiency with general office management marketing tools.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams and departments.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives under deadline pressures.
- Willingness to travel as required across EMEA.
