About the Role:

Coveware is a nimble, fast-moving team operating as part of a recently acquired business within a larger enterprise. As our Success Enablement & Operations Manager, you'll be the glue between our startup-paced team and the broader corporate ecosystem. You’ll own lead and deal flow, manage sales-related paperwork and processes, and work cross-functionally to align systems and standards with our parent company.

This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role for someone who thrives in hybrid environments, comfortable operating independently in a smaller team while seamlessly coordinating with legal, finance, and operations counterparts at the enterprise level.

What You'll Do:

Support Lead Management & Customer Acquisition Process

  • Manage incoming leads from multiple sources and ensure proper routing and timely follow-up within our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Maintain lead-to-close process integrity, identify friction points, and propose solutions to improve conversion and cycle time.

Coordinate Contracts & Deal Execution

  • Serve as the liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance and Success both internally and with the parent company.
  • Own and manage the contract lifecycle, including NDAs, Risk Assessments, order forms, and renewals, ensuring compliance with internal and enterprise standards.
  • Track deal progress and help enforce required documentation and approvals across both organizations.

Build Success Infrastructure & Enablement Tools

  • Develop playbooks, onboarding guides, and internal resources to equip our team for success.
  • Standardize and optimize tools and processes in coordination with the larger company’s systems and policies.
  • Implement repeatable, scalable workflows to support ongoing growth.

Enable Insights & Reporting

  • Maintain sales dashboards and reporting, aligning KPIs with parent company standards while addressing the unique needs of our business unit.
  • Partner with finance to support forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and performance tracking.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Act as the integration bridge between our team and the corporate RevOps, Legal, and Sales Enablement teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional working groups to ensure alignment of processes, systems, and metrics.

What You Bring:

  • 3–6 years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Deal Desk roles—ideally in a company that has gone through acquisition or integration.
  • Experience coordinating contract processes and approvals across Legal, Sales, and Finance.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dual-structure environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience navigating acquisition or post-merger integration environments.
  • Familiarity with procurement and vendor management tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign, SAP Ariba).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software sales support.
