The Senior Manager Alliances Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth and engagement through key alliances and partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of alliance dynamics, partner relationships, and customer needs to create effective marketing programs that enhance brand visibility, support partner sales efforts, and generate demand.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alliance Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and establish strategic alliances with key partners that align with business objectives and drive mutual growth.
- Marketing Strategy Creation: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for alliance partners, ensuring alignment with overall corporate marketing initiatives and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage joint marketing campaigns with alliance partners, including co-branded promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives that resonate with both organizations' target audiences.
- Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners, providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively market and sell joint solutions.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences within the alliance space, using insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Content Development: Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, and promotional content that highlight the value of the alliance.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage joint partner events, including webinars, workshops, and industry conferences, to enhance engagement and drive brand awareness for both organizations.
Requirements:
- BA or BS in Business, Marketing or a related degree.
- 5+ years of alliances experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on measuring success and optimizing marketing spend.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of technology tools (e.g. Salesforce.com)
