The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the AMER region serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and provides HR guidance and support to align people strategies with organizational goals. The HRBP will help drive performance, employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws.

Requirements: 

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and deliver HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Coach and advise managers on talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to guide decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to the development of a high-performance culture.
  • Lead or support employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues (along with Employee Relations COE), ensuring legal compliance and appropriate resolution.
  • Work with leadership on succession planning, career development, and workforce planning strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and internal procedures.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or HR generalist/manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Experience using HRIS systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience in tech, software, pre-IPO environment is a plus
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
  • Full Remote position
  • Occasional travel may be required

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$110,500$157,800 USD
