Senior Manager, WW Veeam ProPartner Program

Veeam has a Channel ecosystem of 53,000 plus Business Partners Resellers, Distributors and Solution Partners that continues to grow every month on our journey to over $1.5B in annual revenue by 2019. To optimize and enable our channel for maximum velocity and results this person will be chartered with designing, refining and proactively implementing a Global Partner Program operating framework to be executed in each region working with all Partner types including Distributors, Resellers, Service Providers, Alliances and System Integrators. This individual will work cross functional across all segments of the organization to help develop & enable the channel program strategy while orchestrating operational requirements within each region.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the regional stakeholders to design and implement the global partner program that meets the needs of the regions
  • Implement revenue targets and certification levels that energizes the partners to exceed their targets
  • Working with Marketing Communications to create a consistent platform that ensures consistent and clear communication globally
  • Veeam WW Pro Partner Program design and framework including Regional Resellers, VCSP’s, Distributors, Aggregators, Alliances, Global SI’s and Global Resellers with integration of new potential routes to market – Global Framework deployed Regionally
  • Pro Partner Program Requirements including Revenue and Certification qualification levels and Partner compliance management
  • Pro Partner Contract management and compliance working with legal and operations – Regional and Global requirements
  • Discount, Rebate and Pricing strategies and interlock with operations and finance
  • Channel Expense budget and forecasting
  • Partner recruitment, enablement and ramping methodologies and strategies working with Sales Enablement Teams and Region partner management teams
  • Partner Program Portal Website and Mobile App program strategy, management and optimization with CIS Team
  • Integration with Channel Marketing for execution of MDF to support the overall Pro Partner strategy
  • Development and Design of additional Pro Partner elements to support, enable and differentiate partner Value
  • Competitive benchmarking review, advisory support of Regional Partner Advisory Councils for external perspective and continuous improvement
