Senior Manager - Renewal Sales

Senior Manager - Renewals Sales is responsible for providing leadership to the APAC Renewals Team, while ensuring excellent renewals sales performance for that region.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Geo strategy, coordination, managing and leading their regional teams 
  • Able to analyze the business, create and execute on plans and projects that focus on exceeding the quotas, internal efficiencies and partner/customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for the team quota attainment and overachievement, up sell/cross sell 
  • Creates renewals business strategies and successfully executes on them
  • Analyses regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing success 
  • Develops and enables the team
  • Educates team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends
  • Innovates in order to keep up with the market needs 
  • Support in negotiation of contracts or large maintenance agreements
  • Prepares and executes on business growth plans
  • Develops strong, positive relationships with software partners and internal teams
  • Develops relationships with and communicate results to executive leaders
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least five (5) years of sales management is required 
  • Must be a high performing sales manager with a proven track record of consistently exceeding established measurements for goals and objectives
  • Experience in Renewals sales is a plus 
  • Experience compiling, querying, analyzing and reporting data, strong forecasting skills
  • Experience in working with complex agreement offerings and coaching to position the benefits of those offerings for customers
  • Salesforce.com as well as MS Office package proficiency 
  • Must be a skilled motivator with demonstrated ability to coach and develop renewals staff to exceed targeted sales objectives and deliver high quality service to customers
  • Exceptional management and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong people development skills
  • Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
