Inside Sales Representative - N2WS

The Inside Sales Representative collaborates with our field sales team and channel partners, providing them with qualified sales opportunities, and is responsible for handling sales leads and converting them to new business opportunities within the designated region. This highenergy position is the first step in the enterprise sales process here at Veeam®, requiring an excellent consultative nature and providing a great opportunity for you to work with international stakeholders. Reporting to the EMEA & APAC Sales leader.

Responsibilities

  • Initiating phone and e-mail contact with potential prospects from partner deal registrations, qualified opportunities and marketing generated leads; cold calling as needed
  • Focused inside sales approach to driving growth within their region, estimated 50-60 calls per day minimum
  • Using our sales model, you will engage directly with Decision Makers in IT departments in all sized businesses in your designated region
  • Coordinating sales activities/processes with partners & end users to identify and close new business deals
  • Maximizing coverage within the defined region and penetrating businesses using AWS
  • Providing forecasting and account opportunity as needed
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system, experience with Salesforce.com is desirable
  • Driving revenue and contributing to the continued growth of Veeam by consistently achieving individual and team quotas
  • Collaborating with regional senior Account Executive employees within the territory on planning and execution
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to conduct online web product demonstrations that are both technical and non-technical
  • Provide superior customer service in assisting potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts, co-ordinate with channel partners, and close sales

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or equivalent
  • Excellent correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to work independently with excellent initiative skills within a fast-paced environment
