Global Alliances Operations Coordinator

The Global Alliance Operations Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the support of the Alliances Operations, Order Processing and Sales. The primary function of this role is to coordinate The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the support of the Veeam Sales team and the requirements of the Operations group as a whole.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate order fulfillment requirements for Veeam Alliances
  • Liaison between Sales, Alliances and Order Processing; validate PO data fields, address erroneous PO’s, expedite PO’s and provide status updates
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns regarding PO’s
  • Coordinate non-standard pricing requirements between Veeam Bid Desk and Alliances
  • Train Sales and Distributors on Alliance order fulfillment requirements
  • Coordinate reporting and tracking of Alliance deal registration; approvals, rejections and expirations
  • Maintain Alliance product SKU’s and price lists as well as assist with adding SKU’s to Alliance Global Price Lists
  • Assist in program management for Alliance Resale partnership
  • Responsible for completion of a variety of tasks related to internal sales processes for Alliances
  • Responsible for completion of a variety of tasks related to Alliance sales operations, internal order fulfillment and sales processes for Alliances
  • Performs other duties as assignedpdate Acunt & Contac

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY

This position reports to Sr. Director, Alliance Sales Operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • Experience working with geographically and culturally diverse teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines and quotas
  • Experience working with product SKU’s, software licensing, or inventory systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred (other CRM’s considered)
  • Experience compiling, querying, analyzing and reporting data
  • Microsoft Excel experience is required
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing tasks and maintaining focus on key areas
  • Ability to work in a semi-autonomous and fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter as well as able to motivate others to succeed
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
