Enterprise Sales Manager - Benelux + Nordics

Job Description:
The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for setting the strategy of penetrating BeNeLux and Nordic based Enterprises, coordinating action plans, leading the BeNeLux and Nordic based Enterprise sales professionals (EAMs and KAMs), providing tools, behaviors and experience necessary for them to develop at fast pace the Enterprise revenues. The role holder will be directly accountable for the Enterprise revenues in the region

Responsibilities

Job Functions:

  • Management of a team of Enterprise Account Managers (EAM) and Key Account Managers (KAM)
  • Foster a successful, driven and positive team environment
  • Develop, coach and manage sales staff in all aspects
  • Lead from the front; be the driver of the Netherlands Enterprise piece
  • Promote integration and collaboration with the wider EMEA Enterprise teams
  • Methodology of Sales: Have a harmonized way of working with the Enterprise Accounts
  • Global Accounts: Where such opportunities exist to sign up a Global Account in the Netherlands, bring the teams together to maximize resources and revenue
  • Account Planning: Drive best practice for developing and penetrating Enterprise Accounts.
  • Work with Corporate and Field Marketing to drive Enterprise Messaging, tools, campaigns
  • Work with Channel Management to drive Enterprise Partner activities and set right expectations
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Reporting Line:

This is strategically important role for Veeam and as such the job holder must hold suitable attributes and experience of similar past-held positions. The role reports to the VP, NE-EMEA.

Qualifications

  • Have no less than 5 years’ experience of enterprise software sales leadership
  • Competencies in driving sales through Large Enterprise
  • Proven relationships in top tier enterprise accounts with the ability to open new accounts
  • Proven track record of accomplishment selling software in the enterprise, client-server market
  • Selling via channel and direct, as well as team leader / sales management experience
  • Experienced in dealing with a 2 tier channel model
  • Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies (Strong knowledge of consultative sales that gets results, knowledge in selling complex systems products.)
  • Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V is a plus
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly
