EMEA Distribution Program Manager

  • The EMEA Distribution Program manager is responsible for setting out management and resource plans of the Distributors in the territory (EMEA & India), with a special focus on TECH DATA.

    He/she will make sure that all internal distributors focused resources are aligned with overall EMEA Business goals and strategy, ensuring appropriate partner coverage to overachieve the revenue targets.

Responsibilities

    • Deliver Distribution programs on a quarterly basis and ensure they are correctly/implemented and rolled out
    • Ensure enablement programs are delivered and effective for the Distributors
    • Propose quarterly business  sales targets for Distributors in line with corporate guidance
    • Track metrics and goals achievements  then follow up with Veeam dedicated team in countries (Distributor Managers, Managers of Channel) on a weekly basis
    • Propose any corrective action as needed as well as activities to generate  incremental revenue
    • Support other teams Liaise (SE, Territory, Enterprise, Marketing)  to develop their activities along with Distributors resources
    • Support Inside Team Lead(s) to ensure inside channel resources are best utilised
    • Participate to Yearly Distribution Program Definition following Corporate requests

Qualifications

    • 10 years’ successful experience of software and services sales within a channel-focused company
    • Proven ability to drive and pilot distributors proactively
    • 5 years’ minimum experience of «influence through others» in a matrix environment
    • Experience with vendors associated to Virtualization technology is a plus
    • Must have excellent communication skills – written and spoken
    • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
    • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • English & French language fluency
