Job Description:

This position will be responsible for taking ownership of Veeam’s cloud aggregators and developing a global initiative to help focus the exponential growth which we are already experiencing.

Job Functions:

  • Creates, executes and manages a reimaged program to align the business objectives with the incentive and compensation model of the aggregator.
  • Provides leadership to the team on overall program strategy and disciplined process management (pipeline review, asset management, demo sales achievement, etc.)
  • Accountable for business growth and achieves overall metrics (revenue, market penetration, installed base retention and expansion, customer and partner satisfaction).
  • Ensures optimum sales coverage through indirect partner sales resources and alignment.
  • Builds lasting executive C-Class consultative relationships with distribution channel accounts.
  • Demonstrates thought leadership by directing the customer's application of technology to new business problems.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven significant experience of the Hosting/Cloud/Service Provider space.
  • Ability to interact and forge C-Level relationships.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technology.
  • Has built Go-To-Market strategies for Cloud based programs regionally.
  • Candidate can be basd in either UK/France/Germany/Netherlands
  • Fluent English
