Define priorities, build regional strategy and lead key programs to stimulate and support business growth and development of Veeam’s channel network (distributors, resellers, cloud service providers, alliances) in partnership with key business stakeholders.

- Drive the Veeam APJ strategy for channel, cloud service providers and alliances in an increasingly hybrid cloud and partner world
- Team management of APJ Channel, Service Provider and Alliance Marketing Managers, overseeing program development and execution, and supporting their individual growth
- Be a key member of the APJ Marketing Leadership Team – to drive the overall strategy and business engagement with APJ Marketing Leadership – VP, Director Demand Centre & Operations
- Lead regional key initiative development and implementation
- Ensure effective communication between Global, APJ and Regions around programs, results and best practices
- Drive collaboration between Channel, Alliance & Cloud Service Provider marketing leaders into Field Marketing and Demand Centre teams.
- Analyze and measure the performance of APJ programs and regional engagements in line with marketing and business targets
- Proven expertise in at least 2 of 3 marketing functions: channel, alliance, cloud service providers
- People management experience including work with remote teams and indirect reporting lines
- Experience in B2B business and high competitive markets
- Strong focus on business goals and metrics
- Marketing leadership, responsibility for defined business impact
- Ability to drive several projects simultaneously
- Proven collaboration with Sales and Channel teams
