The Senior Marketing Manager - Corporate Resellers is responsible for leading the Corporate Reseller Marketing team; driving and implementing marketing plans targeting Commercial and Enterprise markets. This role works closely with the Corporate Reseller sales team to execute against regional objectives while working to the broader Global strategy of strengthening Veeam’s position in the Corporate Reseller market and supporting the company’s objective to achieve $1 billion worldwide revenue by 2018. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a successful team within a successful and ambitious software vendor who has seen double digit growth since conception.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan that aligns with regional sales goals while supporting both Veeam and the Corporate Reseller Partners Quarterly/Annual goals
• Marketing planning as well as execution to the regional marketing KPIs
• Leverage and localize existing marketing content and collateral to resonate with Corporate Resellers
• Manage a 3-person team comprising of a Marketing Manager, Associate Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist
• Work closely with the remote support team (cross matrix) in Russia and Romania
• Lead and drive the marketing value message to key stakeholders in other functions
• Plan and execute CR events including agenda development, event flow, pre- and post- event marketing, logistics coordination, on-site participation and collateral
• Plan and manage North American Corporate Reseller Budget across 7 of Veeam Largest Partners
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of all programs and adjust based on key findings. Including ROI, Net New Leads, Pipeline Conversion and Opportunity Creation

  • Work from home or in the office

  • At least 7 years’ experience of Corporate Reseller/DMAR Marketing within an IT vendor, software market experience preferable

  • Ability to deliver high performance results in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
  • Sound understanding of the marketing mix and their applications, including digital and social techniques
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Used to delivering against lead and pipeline contribution
  • Comfortable with matrix organization structure
  • Background in virtualization and/or storage alliance marketing programs preferred

Additional skills

As a people manager, working with the marketing team to ensure they execute on the overall plan determined by the business needs. Identify impactful penetrating programs to open doors and drive new pipeline and revenue.
