Field Marketing Manager Denmark & Norway

Summary

The Field Marketing Manager for Denmark and Norway is responsible for driving and implementing marketing plans and campaigns targeting SMB, mid-market and Enterprise markets.  This role works closely with the regional field sales team to execute against regional objectives whilst working to the broader Global strategy of strengthening Veeam’s position in the Enterprise market.  Additionally, this role drives the marketing with tier 1 reseller and VCSP partners in line with regional and EMEA Channel strategy.

Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Defining the marketing strategy across the marketing mix for Denmark and Norway, in close collaboration with Field Sales and EMEA Marketing
  • Responsible for overall strategy and execution in partnership with Senior Field Marketing Manager Nordics
  • Drive to the regional marketing KPIs based on lead and pipeline metrics with a focus on supporting metrics of database health
  • Manage the remote support team (cross-matrix) to deliver activities and campaigns on budget and within timescales
  • Lead and drive the marketing value message to key stakeholders in other functions
  • Provide EMEA marketing management with reports and field feedback
  • Drive ‘To and Thru’ tier 1 partner activities, MDF distribution and demand generation in alignment with regional marketing strategy and EMEA channel strategy
  • Business partner effectively to manage and develop marketing relationships with both existing and new partners
  • Design and execute lead generation orientated marketing campaigns with tier 1 partners which are measurable and deliver against solid ROI targets
  • Take an active role in the Channel and field marketing community within Veeam, sharing best practice and discussing ideas in regular forums
  • Drive EMEA promotions; creating awareness and driving adoption

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience of work in similar area market (vendors experience is a preference)
  • Fluent English and Danish
  • Sound understanding of the marketing mix, with a strong focus on events and tradeshows
  • Good understanding/exposure of Channel Marketing principles
  • Strong proven team management experience in a similar fast-paced, highly-driven workplace
  • Proven analytical skills at management level
  • Team Player – must focus on winning as a team rather than individually
  • Full Driving License and the ability to travel
