Veeam Software is the Global leader in Intelligent Data Management and has enjoyed double digit growth since conception.  This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious, exciting leader within the rapidly accelerating Cloud sector.  Veeam is now looking for a creative, commercially-focussed and dynamic Cloud Marketing Manager for the Northern EMEA to continue and grow our Market leadership across Benelux and Nordic regions.  Reporting into the Northern EMEA Marketing lead, the role also has a dotted line into the pan-EMEA Cloud Marketing Manager.


The Cloud Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and developing the cloud marketing strategy in conjunction with the key stakeholders for the Northern EMEA region. The individual needs to define and create enablement, retention and growth marketing strategies within the Veeam CSP community and execute recruitment marketing strategies to drive new growth from the segment.  Execution of the marketing plan with excellence, in partnership with Field Marketing and Cloud Sales teams, is critical to continue our growth momentum.

·Business partner effectively with Cloud Sales team to manage and develop relationships with both existing and new CSP partners within Northern EMEA

·Create and implement effective and creative joint marketing activities, both ‘thru’ existing Veeam CSPs

·Work with Aggregation partners to facilitate successful recruitment marketing plans and ‘to’ CSPs, taking ownership from start to completion

·Develop, strengthen and optimise the investment in regional Cloud organizations and groups

·Manage the Veeam Cloud brand through key events in the region, not limited to: Veeam-own Cloud Clubs and Summits, AWS Summit, Cloud Expo

·Analyze information, set goals and define tools to reach existing and new partners

·Develop, track and report regular ROI figures across marketing activities to ensure continued investment is optimised

·Conduct competitive analysis on a regular basis (track competitive vendors joint marketing activities and promo campaigns) to report back into Management team

·Work as a key member within the Northern territory team to ensure a strong relationship with the other key business functions



Position can be based in either Netherlands or Sweden

·Proven marketing experience and qualification

·Experience working for a SaaS vendor or for a Channel partner focused on Cloud, is essential

·Sound understanding of the marketing mix and employment across the channel tiers

·Experience of working within a matrix organization is desirable

·Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly

·Strong project management skills

·Analytical capabilities

·Team Player – must focus on winning as a team rather than individually

·Full Driving License and the ability to travel across Northern EMEA, anticipated travel 30% quarterly
