Channel Marketing Specialist for DACH region

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns to support main business objectives and sales growth of the region
• Work in collaboration with regional Channel / Sales teams
• Work with Field Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing team lead to ensure high performance of the regional marketing and regular achievement of corporate and regional KPIs and targets
• Drive and develop selected group of partners in terms of marketing, building long-term relationships (via regular calls, webinars, mail and skype communications) confirmed by quarter/annual marketing plans and their proper execution
• Ensure constant partners onboarding, enablement and education
• Analyze information, set goals and define tools to reach to existing and new partners
• Generate and drive lead generation tactics through channel marketing campaigns
• Ensure effective planning and running of the joint activities with partners (distributors, resellers, cloud providers)
• Analyze ROI and effectiveness of executed marketing activities, propose ways of optimization and cost savings
• Organize regional events (online, offline) to ensure Veeam brand visibility among resellers, VCSPs, VARs etc.
• Educate partners on marketing tactics, specific marketing tools and programs
• Control over all To- and Through-Partner Communication in the region
• Plan, track and manage regional marketing budget dedicated to Channel Marketing direction (PMDF)
• Collecting reports, tracking results, insuring all refunds have been made on time
• Regularly research and analyze the Region, provide SWOT analysis and development plan
• Participate in exchange and implementation of best practices between regions in EMEA
• Ensure that Global and EMEA-level initiatives/programs/ messaging are implemented in the Region
• Provide management with reports and field feedback

Qualifications

• Higher education, marketing and business specializations are preferred
• Over 2 years marketing experience (over 1 year if Channel Marketing)
• Marketing Planning: tactical campaign planning, execution and management, market research, competitor analysis, budget planning, allocation, management and reporting.
• Project management: able to define and drive multiple programs and projects simultaneously, balancing and prioritizing short-term delivery needs to longer-term strategic requirements
• Familiarity with CRM, project management and marketing platforms is a plus (Salesforce, SharePoint, StructuredWeb, Zift)
• Fluent English both oral and written

Fluent German both oral and written
