This is a Technofunctional Analyst role with a focus on Workday HCM.  The purpose of this role is to provide HRIS expertise understanding the HR business needs capable to leverage technologies to address the best solutions to the HR processes and HR community.  You will interact with Senior HR stakeholders and act as the primary contact of any HRIS Core HR related topic facing regional or local HR departments reporting to the head of HRIS. In addition, you will be exposed to the top HRIS tools community and make your recommendations visible to the biggest HRIS eco system. Workday HCM required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Workday configuration and development engaging with end users through all stages of the development (Analysis to Deploy)
  • Create and maintain relevant data structures and plans within the Workday System (business processes, key Core HR structures)
  • Understand the business needs and related solution design from a system point of view
  • Understand continuous improvements of Core HR and be self-sufficient to address system solutions
  • Drive other HRIS projects in the pipeline from a long-term perspective following the HR strategies
  • Provide system support in terms of managing new releases and assessing impact / benefits of new and additional functionalities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Workday Core HR ideally with certification
  • Clear communicator, particularly when explaining complex technical principles to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail with innate need to investigate complex issues and thoroughly test solutions
  • Minimum two Workday project experience
  • Proven experience within a HRIS role covering Core HR and Onboarding topics
  • Consultancy background is a plus
