Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Recruitment Coordinator supports the recruitment process and on-boarding needs. The role works closely with the Recruitment team based in the UK and Romania, and where necessary hiring managers across EMEA in regards to process, reporting and administration activities

• Creating and running reports related to recruitment performance and activity
• Updating the ATS (iCIMS) with applicants, and transitioning candidates through the workflow in the system
• Scheduling and setting up interviews between hiring manager and candidates
• Support the team in updating the hiring plan
• Supporting the on-boarding process of new employees
• Where necessary, help create and send contracts supporting the HR admin team
• Sending out pre-employment tests/assessments to candidates, sending the results to recruiters, and adding results to the system
• Wider office related tasks in the UK office
• Perform reference checks on potential new employees
• Supporting the wider HR team where necessary


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar recruitment related role
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous knowledge/experience with iCims an advantage; wider ATS system experience a must!
• Previous experience in the staffing/recruitment industry, within an Admin/Support/Recruitment role
• Good MS Office experience- able to build pivots from reports where necessary, good excel formula experience
• High degree of attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicating effectively with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand their needs will be vital to performing well in this position.
