Senior Director, HR Operations


As the Global Senior Director, HR Operations, you will be responsible for creating, developing and maintaining a high functional HR Operations team. This new role will give full mandate to design and build this new team, therefore previous experience in a similar role/capacity is of preference, and will favour applicants who have implemented such a team previously.

Key characteristics of Principal Accountabilities are:

  • Identify and develop a centralized operations organization (both global and regional)
  • Responsible for: HRIS Team, HR Administration team, Hiring and Onboarding processes, Exit Process and all other Global and Regional policies, processes and compliance
  • Execute ad hoc HR related projects/programs
  • Oversee Front Office (Facilities/Reception) roles
  • Partner with HR stakeholders


  • Exceptional experience in leading a HR operations function, ideally within a software or technology company
  • Proven ability to interface at all levels within a growing organization, drive partnerships, and program manage numerous initiatives
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and influence change
