HRIS Business Analyst - Workday Compensation and Benefits

Provide HRIS expertise understanding the HR business needs at the regional and country level capable to leverage technologies to address the best solutions to the HR processes and community.  You will interact with Senior HR stakeholders within the region or country under your responsibility. Acting as the primary contact of any HRIS related topic facing regional or local HR departments reporting to the HRIS Director from a delivery point of view. In addition, you will be exposed to the top HRIS tool community and make your recommendations visible to the biggest HRIS eco system.

Responsibilities

Job Functions:

  • Perform Workday configuration and development of change engaging with end users through all stages of the development
  • Create and maintain relevant data structures and plans within the Workday System (such as compensation, benefits)
  • Understand the business needs and related solution design from a system point of view
  • Understand continuous improvements of Compensation and Benefits and be self-sufficient to address system solutions
  • Drive other HRIS projects in the pipeline from a long-term perspective following the Total Reward CoE strategies
  • Provide system support in terms of managing new releases and assessing impact / benefits of new and additional functionalities

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits ideally certification (Benefits USA is a plus)
  • Minimum two Workday project experience
  • Typically, over 5 years of proven experience within HRIS role
  • Clear communicator, particularly when explaining complex technical principles to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail with innate need to investigate complex issues and thoroughly test solutions
