EMEA HR Administrator, Bucharest

 

Working as part of the EMEA HR team with responsibility for Bucharest, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the EMEA Vice President of HR and local HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Control the HR administration, such as updating spread sheets and reports
  • Running the absence management system
  • Coordinate with payroll provider
  • Supporting the EMEA Recruitment Team, taking up references, compiling contracts & offer letters (including addendums)
  • Co-ordinate the new starter process, including organisation of new hire orientation
  • Collection of new starter forms and documents
  • Requesting IT access for new starters
  • Coordinate with Legal Advisor
  • Collecting and managing photographs of employees in Outlook
  • Ensuring together with the Internal Training Manager that new employees complete the online new hire orientation program and produce reporting on such as and when requested
  • Assist the Managers and new employees during their on-boarding and probationary period
  • Assist with organisation of team events in Bucharest
  • Assists with ad-hoc tasks and projects

Qualifications

Experience

  • Full fluency in Romanian & English language (written & spoken)
  • Able to work alone on a broad variety of administration tasks
  • Superior analytical and organizational skills
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work
  • Able to prioritize and meet tight schedules and targets
  • Excellent proficiency in Word and Outlook
  • Master proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with HRIS (ie ‘Workday’ or similar)
