HR Administrator

The HR Administrator is responsible to provide a full HR administration service to the HR department and to internal departements.

Responsibilities

  • Creating open positions in HRIS systems
  • Assist with hiring contractor and employees in HRIS systems
  • Converting contractors to employees in HRIS systems
  • Assist with all needed documentation and system update with regards to promotions, transfers, demotions, changing of business titles, job profiles, working locations, cost centers and other necessary employee and position information
  • Assist in creating supervisory organizations in HRIS systems
  • Approving direct deposit edits
  • Putting an Employee on Leave in the HR system
  • Assist in updating any compensation changes and increases
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Participate in HR projects, if requested
  • Updating and maintaining the HRIS, to ensure data integrity
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team to provide HR support to all employees from the assigned region
  • Help coordinate the onboarding process and partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires across the group
  • Help Coordinate the offboarding process and partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure that leaving details are captured and processed in a timely manner
  • Deliver requested information and reports in a timely manner, reviewing data for accuracy and formatting for ease of use
  • Perform tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office
  • Back-up colleagues on HR admin whenever required
  • Any other task assigned by the manager

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)

Previous experience – data entry
