Internal Recruiter – IT/Tech


We are looking for a new Recruiter to join our growing business. As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing efficient, timely and confidential recruitment services to meet Veeam’s business objectives with a key focus on quality and accuracy. Part of the wider HR function, this role is based in Veeam’s Romanian offices in Bucharest, and reports to the Senior Manaager, Recruitment EMEA. You will deliver an end to end recruitment service for all of our recruitment needs in territory with a focus on IT/Tech roles which include, Developers, Technical Support, QA Engineer, System Analyst, and where necessary Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales and Corporate vacancies

  • Managing the recruitment and candidate process from source through to offer
  • Sourcing candidates relevant to all open vacancies across EMEA
  • Partnering with Hiring Manager’s and Senior Stakeholders advising on Recruitment process
  • Direct sourcing of quality candidates via the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other methods
  • Posting roles on and managing direct applications
  • Scheduling all interviews, working closely with relevant hiring managers across EMEA
  • Real-time updating of the applicant tracking system
  • Providing weekly reports on progress and building marketing intelligence of the market



  • Exceptional recruitment experience, ideally with strong knowledge on hiring IT/Tech related roles; must be open to also working commercial roles
  • EMEA experience highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Highest level of Attention to Detail, Integrity and discretion required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
