The HR department is highly motivated to hire many employees to R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customer Technical Support and Business Operations departments and needs a passionate professional who will help them achieve the aggressive hiring plans and will help Veeam become the employer of choice!

The Employer Brand Manager will be responsible for the developing and implementing regional employer branding strategy to attract best talents to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute on multi-dimensional campaigns and local employer branding strategies to reach the best talent to raise the company brand awareness in the Ru market as well as to increase number of relevant candidates applied
  • Launching and supporting global employer branding initiatives on the local level
  • Ensure effective planning, budgeting of activities and campaigns (online and offline)
  • Develop engaging content
  • Support local SMM channels (Vkontakte, Instagram, Facebook) ensuring regular engaging communications
  • Develop branding materials and content for employer branding and recruitment events
  • Collaborate with in-house services teams (designers, PPC teams, web team etc)
  • Provide regular reports on quality and quantity of activities, tracking results and adjusting the further steps appropriately
  • Coordinate suppliers (souvenirs, events etc).

Qualifications

  • Preferred knowledge of Photoshop, Director, iMovie, Movie Maker, advanced PPT
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in building brand awareness
  • Experience in managing employer branding (or marketing) online and offline campaigns
  • Fluent written and oral English (B2 or higher)
